PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.
The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via Pre-Order before they physically arrive in stock.
Preorders for the classic styles usually 5-7 weeks wait (production time).
Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed.
MMWM is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to preorder an item. You will proceed to the check out as usual & make full payment when purchasing any Pre-Order.
Normally, we do not accept cancellation of Pre-Orders and they are final sale as they are made specially for you. In an event where the occasion the heels are not required, a store credit will be issued. No refunds on order cancellations. So please take extra care when placing your order.
Please note if you preorder an item with other non-pre-order items this will delay your entire order. Please place your preorder item separate to avoid any delays in non-preorder items.
If you would like to cancel a preorder we will refund in a form of a store credit or exchange only.
